1. Withdrawing a request
A website request creates no purchase obligation. You may withdraw it at any time before contract formation by emailing support@marekcezary.store or calling +48 579 272 574. There is no fee for withdrawing a request.
2. Cancellation before accepting terms
The seller’s individual proposal is valid for the period stated in the message. If you do not accept it, no contract is formed. If you accepted conditions but the seller has not yet confirmed contract formation as described in the Terms, contact the seller promptly and the status will be clarified in writing.
3. Consumer withdrawal after contract formation
A consumer can generally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving goods. Any unequivocal statement is sufficient; the website withdrawal template may be used. It is enough to send it before the deadline.
After withdrawal, both parties return what they received under the law and Returns Policy. The consumer sends the goods back within 14 days unless the seller offers collection.
4. Business customers
In B2B relationships, cancellation after contract formation requires the seller’s agreement unless the contract or mandatory law says otherwise. Documented costs already incurred for the order may be taken into account. Qualifying individual entrepreneurs may have selected consumer protections under Polish law.
5. Sending the statement
Email support@marekcezary.store with “Contract withdrawal” as the subject or post a statement to ul. Słoneczna 26, lok. 31, 82-300 Elbląg, Polska, Poland. Include your name, contact details, order or confirmation number, receipt date and an unequivocal withdrawal statement. A paper form should be signed.
