1. Service area
Requests are accepted from private and business customers in Poland and other EU countries. Accepting a request does not yet mean delivery to a particular address is available.
2. Personal delivery
At the current stage, the owner may personally deliver goods on an agreed route. Availability depends on location, order size and schedule. The date, time window, cost and method of confirming receipt are provided before the contract.
3. Poland and other EU countries
Delivery outside an agreed personal route is quoted individually. A regular carrier arrangement is planned. Until then, the seller may propose a one-off logistics service, collection or explain that delivery to the address is not currently available.
Delivery to another EU country may take longer, cost more and be subject to transport restrictions for batteries or selected equipment.
4. Costs and timing
Website product prices exclude delivery unless the individual confirmation expressly says otherwise. Cost depends on the address, parcel size and value, delivery method and any transport insurance.
The indicative preparation target for an available item is usually 2–7 business days after the agreed conditions are met, but the actual date is always stated in the individual proposal. This is an operational target, not an automatic guarantee.
5. Receipt and inspection
The recipient should check the number of parcels and visible package condition. If damage is visible, take photographs and, where possible, create a damage record with the person delivering. A missing record does not remove statutory consumer rights, but prompt documentation helps resolve the issue.
6. Delay or non-delivery
If there is a problem, contact +48 579 272 574 or support@marekcezary.store. If the agreed delivery date cannot be met, the seller will explain the new timing and available solutions. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
