1. Seller and contact
The seller and website operator is Marek Cezary Lisowski store, a Polish sole proprietorship operated by Marek Cezary Lisowski, address: ul. Słoneczna 26, lok. 31, 82-300 Elbląg, Polska, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 5782869630, email: support@marekcezary.store, phone: +48 579 272 574.
Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, excluding Polish public holidays.
2. Nature of the website
The website presents sample categories, configurations and indicative prices for information and communication technology equipment. It is not an automated store with immediate payment. Website content is an invitation to submit a request, not a binding offer.
Images are representative. The exact manufacturer, model, colour, specifications, availability, sales document, price and delivery conditions are provided before any contract is concluded.
3. Request and contract formation
- The customer selects products and submits a request form or contacts the seller by email or phone.
- Submitting a request is free, non-binding and creates no payment obligation.
- The seller may ask for information needed to select suitable equipment and checks availability.
- The seller sends an individual confirmation covering at least the exact product, total price, delivery method and cost, timing, payment method and material conditions.
- A contract is formed only when the customer expressly accepts that confirmation by email or another agreed method. An automatic form receipt is not an order acceptance.
The seller may decline a request, for example because the product is unavailable, there is an obvious error, delivery is impossible or abuse is suspected, and will inform the customer.
4. Private and business customers
The offer is available to consumers, businesses and qualifying sole traders whose purchase is not professional in nature under applicable Polish law. The customer selects the correct buyer type in the form.
Consumer protections in these terms apply only where granted by law. Separate conditions may be agreed in B2B relationships.
5. Prices and payment
All website prices are indicative, shown in Polish złoty (PLN), and may change before the individual confirmation. The final price cannot change after contract formation without both parties’ consent.
No payment or card details are collected on the website. The payment method and due date — for example a bank transfer to the account stated in the confirmation — are agreed before the contract. The seller provides the appropriate sales document according to the seller’s current tax status and applicable law.
6. Delivery and collection
Delivery is provided on the conditions stated in the individual confirmation. The owner can currently deliver personally on an agreed route and date. Delivery elsewhere in Poland or the EU is arranged individually; a regular courier service is planned but is not promised for every address.
Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to a consumer upon physical receipt, subject to statutory exceptions. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Consumer withdrawal right
A consumer entering a distance contract can generally withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after taking possession of the goods. Sending an unequivocal statement before the deadline is sufficient. Details, costs and statutory exceptions are in the Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy. This right does not automatically apply to B2B customers unless law or an individual agreement provides otherwise.
8. Conformity and complaints
The seller is responsible to consumers for goods that do not conform to the contract under Polish consumer law. Complaints may be submitted by email or post, describing the issue, purchase date, confirmation number and requested remedy. The seller will respond within the legally required period. The seller bears the cost of bringing goods into conformity to the extent required by law.
9. Website content and operation
The website content, layout, graphics and identifiers are protected. They may be used only to review the offer and submit a request. Automated data extraction, interference with the website and unlawful submissions are prohibited.
The seller may update the website or temporarily limit availability for technical reasons. Existing contracts are not affected.
10. Personal data, disputes and governing law
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Please contact the seller first so a problem can be resolved amicably. Consumers may also seek help from an appropriate Polish consumer ombudsman or authorised alternative dispute resolution body.
Polish law applies, but this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law and this clause does not restrict consumer rights.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may change for valid legal, technical or organisational reasons. A new version applies from the date shown on the website and does not alter contracts already concluded.
