FAQ
Clear answers first.
Prices, images, delivery, returns and the point of contract formation — with the important rules stated openly.
01Is the website price final?
No. It is an indicative price for the described product class. Before any contract, you receive the exact model, specifications, availability, total price, delivery cost and payment method.
02Does submitting the form mean I have bought something?
No. The form is a non-binding request and creates no payment obligation. A contract is formed only after you receive and expressly accept an individual confirmation.
03Can I buy as a business?
Yes. We serve both B2B and private customers. Select your customer type in the form and provide the details needed for the sales document.
04Do you deliver to other EU countries?
We accept such requests. Availability, cost and transport method are checked for the specific product and address before contract formation.
05Who delivers the products?
At this stage, the owner may deliver personally on agreed routes. A regular courier service is planned; other routes are arranged individually.
06Do the images show the exact model?
Not always. Images are representative and show the product type. The exact manufacturer, model, colour and specification are confirmed in writing before the contract.
07Can I withdraw from the contract?
A consumer entering a distance contract generally has 14 days after receiving the goods. Statutory exceptions apply. The right does not automatically apply to B2B customers.
08Can you help select equipment?
Yes. Describe the task, existing equipment, number of users and budget. We suggest a solution class and confirm the exact model before any contract.
